Hiding columns

Which columns show is part of the layout: each user keeps their own, saved in their browser.

Pick Hide column in the column's menu, or untick it in the Columns menu. To show it again, tick it in the Columns menu: a hidden column has no header to open a menu from. Hidden columns stay in the list, in their place, so you can still move, pin or color them.

meta.defaultHidden: true hides a column until the user shows it, and enableHiding: false keeps it shown (its checkbox is disabled).
